February 22: LIMITS AND MORALS
The discussion will include e.g. otherness, legality, hiding and responsibility. The guest speakers will be Professor of adult pedagogy Juha Suoranta and Katja Tuominen, who will represent the Free Movement network. The evening will be chaired by Hanna Nikkanen editor of the web magazine Fifi.

March 22: RELIGION AND POLITICS

The good and bad aspects of mixing religion and politics, the conflict between the Christian west and political Islam, the differences between secular and religious worldviews. The guest speakers will be columnist and clergyman Jaakko Heinimäki and anthropologist and Islam researcher Susanne Dahlgren. The evening will be chaired by Voima magazine's Tuomas Rantanen.

April 19: GENDER AND FILM
The discussion will cover e.g. how changing gender roles can be seen in films and film-making. The guest speakers will be film directors Aleksi Salmenperä and Saara Cantell. The evening will be chaired by Voima magazine's Tuomas Rantanen.

May 10: HUMANITY AND TECHNOLOGY
Jonathan Glover's pamphlet about foetus diagnosis and human gene manipulation is based on the issue of how the development of technology is changing our idea of humanity and if we are prepared for these developments which are already under way. The guest speakers will be disabled people's activist Kalle Könkkölä and Mianna Meskus, a sociologist who recently defended her PhD thesis on the social impact of new ideas and technologies around genes. The evening will be chaired by Voima magazine's Tuomas Rantanen.
